Speaking directly to your customer allows me to guide the conversation. Sometimes, customers can be a little hesitant which is understandable. I can help put them at ease – I’ve been told my interviews feel more like a relaxed chat than a formal interview.
An interview allows me ask follow up questions until I get those “golden” quotes for your case study.
